Responsibilities:
1.Oversee end-to-end operations and management of mail-in repair services. 2.Liaise with end customers to provide technical support and service consultations. 3.Assist production engineers in processing production and business data, and regularly generate various operational reports. 4.Support the head of repair centre in optimizing the customer experience for mail-in repair services in the Australia-New Zealand region, taking ownership of repair cycles, costs, customer interactions, and related process systems. 5.Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with a background in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or engineering; prior internship/work experience is a plus. 2.Proficiency in daily communication in both Chinese and English. 3.Strong continuous improvement mindset, fast learning ability, and problem-solving skills to address root causes. 4.Excellent communication and coordination skills to drive policy implementation and refinement.
