As Lead Educator, you will:
- Plan, deliver and evaluate high-quality educational programs aligned with the EYLF and QKLG.
- Build strong, positive and respectful relationships with children, families and the community.
- Create inclusive, safe and engaging learning environments that foster belonging and development.
- Guide, mentor and support educators to deliver best practice in early childhood education.
As 2IC, you will:
- Act as Responsible Person, ensuring compliance with the NQF, legislation and Uniting policies.
- Support the Director in the daily operations of the service, stepping into the role when required.
- Assist with mentoring and developing educators to achieve quality outcomes.
- Support community engagement, partnerships, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote and embed child-safe practices, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children.

About You:
- Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Completed the "Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk" CHCPRT025
- Experience in a leadership role
- Deep understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and National Regulations
- Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
- A passion for leading teams and supporting children to thrive
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills with families, children, and team members
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
