EF Brisbane is seeking a highly motivated and professional Accommodation Coordinator to work with our accommodation department at our South Brisbane Campus.
- This role is fixed term requiring a start date between 28th of July to 15th of August and an end date of 13th of February and would suit someone on a working holiday visa looking for full-time office work in Brisbane.
We are looking for a dynamic person with drive and enthusiasm to recruit local hosts to accommodate international students. You will work together with the Host Family team ensuring that homestay visits and homestay recruitment are running well, as well as taking care of our student residences.
Ensuring a high level of standard of accommodation through excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment will be one of your highest priorities.
You will have the ability to build strong relationships with homestay hosts and residence suppliers, ensuring the quality of our accommodation provision will be a key part of the role.
Our requirements:

- Target driven, excellent organizational skills
- Leadership experience/potential
- Appreciation of international cultures
- Creative problem solving and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Complete fluency in English
- Driving License is desirable but not essential.
Reporting to the Accommodation Manager, you will be responsible for;
- Creating successful matches between students and prospective host families.
- Recruiting host families in accordance with EF policy and plans.
- Customer care representative for Host Family phone calls and enquiries.
- Visit prospective hosts to determine their suitability.
- Track weekly recruitment statistics, with Accommodation Team and School Director.
- Ensure a high level of customer support service to host families and international students.
- Processes & maintains homestay provider records.
- Shares emergency on call duties with other school staff.
