We currently have an opportunity for Accommodation Receptionist. Join our Base and Estate Management team and play a key role in assisting with day to day running of accommodation and room bookings. Reporting to the Cleaning and Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What You’ll Do (key responsibilities)
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
- Maintaining Reservation Booking Systems
- Ensuring room information is up to date in real time
- Relay information to cleaning and housekeeping personnel to ensure all requests are responded too
- Perform the daily accommodation and reception desk services
- Handle customer queries and requests within suitable time frames
- Ensure accurate filing and record keeping are maintained
What You’ll Bring (experience required)
- Certificate II in Business Administration or relevant industry experience in a similar role
- Pleasant out-going personality and positive attitude
- Experience with a Reservation Management System (desirable)
- Suitability for Defence security clearance (Australian Citizenship Mandatory)
