We're seeking an enthusiastic and driven Account Development Specialist to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves building relationships, has a passion for sales, and wants to make a real impact in the pharmacutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact new accounts to introduce our services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts through regular check-ins
- Gather valuable feedback from buisness partners to improve our services
- Identify opportunities to expand business with current accounts
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and follow-ups
- Support the onboarding process for new accounts
- Collaborate with our pharmacy team to ensure exceptional customer service
What We're Looking For:
- Genuine enthusiasm for sales and business development
- Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone
- Ability to build rapport quickly with healthcare professionals
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Experience in B2B sales or account management.
- Comfortable with basic computer skills
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on relationship building
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $33.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
