How you’ll make an impact:
This is a commercial role responsible for the retention and growth of the largest regional account in the APAC region . The Account Manager will play a key role in managing customer renewals and providing ongoing support , ensuring long-term client satisfaction and business continuity.
Your role in action:
- Serve as the main commercial contact for the largest regional account in APAC, working within a team of four.
- Lead account retention and growth strategies, promoting Travelport products to increase bookings and revenue.
- Manage long-term customer relationships, including contract renegotiations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Customer Support, Product, Legal, API Support) to ensure optimal customer experience.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships within the customer organization to support strategic growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and proactively address competitive threats.
- Align customer needs with Travelport’s products and services to drive business expansion.
- Maintain accurate account plans, CRM pipeline, and performance tracking. Coordinate internal stakeholder engagement to support customer requirements and strategic initiatives.
Could this be you?
- Minimum 3 years of B2B experience in the travel industry, with a degree or equivalent.
- Strong commercial and contract/customer management skills.
- Proven ability in account management and building client relationships.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
- Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and customer-focused.
- Skilled in pipeline management, reporting, and sales tools.
- Strong understanding of Travelport’s business model and financial acumen. Capable of analyzing complex situations and applying sound judgment.

Salary : 100,000.00 + commission plan
