Rightway Care is a trusted provider of disability and aged care support services across Sydney. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, person-centred care with integrity and compassion. We are applying for Aged care and would be required Administrative assistant once get approval so We are now seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of our aged care operations.
About the Role:
As our Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of our office support team—ensuring schedules are maintained, client files are up to date, staff are well-supported, and communication is clear and timely. This is an ideal role for someone with experience in aged care or community services administration who values organisation, accuracy, and meaningful work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to case managers, support coordinators, and senior staff.
- Manage phone and email communications with clients, families, staff, and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain and update client records, care plans, and service delivery notes.
- Schedule staff rosters, home visits, and meetings in line with client needs.
- Process timesheets, invoices, and funding-related documentation (HCP, CHSP, or NDIS if applicable).
- Ensure all documentation meets compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Assist with onboarding of new staff (documentation, induction scheduling).
- Support audits, reporting, and general office coordination.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in an admin role within aged care, community services, or health (essential)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and client management software (e.g., Carelink+, Procura, Lumary)
- Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and privacy/confidentiality protocols
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
