We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This role involves providing day-to-day admin support for psychologists, counsellors, occupational therapists, and other allied health professionals.
You’ll be responsible for tasks such as appointment scheduling, managing emails, processing referrals & claims, preparing documents, and assisting with Medicare or third party claims. The ideal candidate will have a background in admin or reception (preferably in medical or allied health), be self-motivated, and thrive in a flexible, fast-paced setting.
