About the Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the WABS team as a Manager – Administrative Services, where you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the overall administrative and corporate support functions for the Division.
  • Providing high-level support and strategic advice to the Divisional Director/s.
  • Leading the coordination of corporate services, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities.
  • Anticipating emerging issues and support the development of strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Acting as a key liaison between the Division, WCHN, and SA Health, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and allocate resources to achieve defined outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, motivate, and develop staff and create a positive harmonious work environment.
  • Proven ability in developing and maintaining effective collaborative and operational relationships that contribute to the achievement of objectives.
  • Extensive experience in an administrative management role.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and managing staff to meet organisational objectives, targets and goals.
  • Experience in performance monitoring and quality improvement related to health service delivery.
