Safe N Clean is a local Rockingham business supporting NDIS and Aged Care clients with domestic cleaning, gardening and other home maintenance. We are looking for an experienced NDIS administrator to work part time managing the administration of service agreements, client records, and stakeholder communication, ensuring smooth and compliant processes that directly support our participants and team. The job entails:
- Preparing and managing NDIS service agreements and referral forms
- Entering and maintaining accurate client records
- Following up with key stakeholders and ensuring all documentation is complete
- Providing high-level administrative support to senior team members
- Ensuring compliance with NDIS standards and reporting requirements
Ideally you will have:
1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in NDIS administration, specifically with service agreements and referrals, training can be provided for the right applicant
2. Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
4. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
5. High level of organisation, time management and professionalism
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
