Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable, organised, and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join our team full-time. This role is crucial to the smooth operation of our day-to-day business and involves a range of tasks including allocations, payroll processing, invoicing, and general administration duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily allocations of labour staff to job sites
- Liaise with clients and workers to confirm rosters and placement details
- Accurately process weekly payroll and ensure compliance with award rates and relevant legislation
- Prepare and send client invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain and update databases, timesheets, and employee records
- Handle onboarding documentation and compliance checks for new staff
- Respond to internal and external inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support the team and business operations
- Support the onboarding and setup of new clients, including gathering requirements, setting up accounts, and ensuring smooth initial handover
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role (labour hire, recruitment, or staffing agency preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) is a must
- Sound knowledge of payroll and invoicing processes
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with payroll/accounting systems ([insert software name, if applicable])
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
