Admin/Nanny Role

This role is a bit different from your typical nanny position. I am a mother to two girls, aged 5 and 4, and I also run a busy online business in the baby category. Currently, I am 33 weeks pregnant and expecting our newest family member soon, but I'll still need to manage my business. I have a small team of 2-3 who assist with social media, marketing, and administrative tasks. I'm looking for someone to join our team to support with admin work and content creation, including filming, as well as helping out at home once the baby arrives. In the future, the role will be split between caring for the baby one - two days a week and working in our Keilor office two days a week.

Initially support with admin work and as the baby gets older supervising bubs when I need to work.

Someone who has extensive experience looking after children but also a strong administration background, willing to jump in and support however is needed as no two days are the same, Someone who is looking long term to fit into the family and grow with the thriving business.
