About the role:
This role will be responsible for taking ownership of the resident billing and funding transactions, along with other supporting activities for assigned Residential Aged Care homes.
You'll be required to provide accurate and timely processing throughout the generation of all resident fees and charges, manage payments and receipts, manage reconciliation of Medicare funding statements, debt collection and exceptional customer services to internal and external customers, consistent with Bolton Clarke’s purposes to help people live a life of fulfilment.
About you:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role for a large multi-site organisation
- Demonstrated experience in account management functions and ability to manage large volumes of financial data with multiple ledgers.
- Highly organised and able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
- Aged care industry experience would be well regarded.
