About the Role
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our Home Care Team to deliver supports to customers in their own home through the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP). The role will see you perform domestic duties including but not limited to, cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and online shopping.
Our Home Care services, which focus on empowering older people to maintain their independence and safety within their own homes. Our team provides tailored care that addresses the unique needs of each client, allowing them to receive the support they require.
Primary responsibilities:
- Performing domestic assistance tasks such as cleaning, washing, ironing, folding clothes etc.
- Medication Reminders.
- Feeding Assistance.
- Assisting clients between 8 am - 5 pm, from Monday to Friday.
- Transferring individuals using hoists and slide sheets, and general assistance with mobility.
- Assisting with personal care and hygiene such as showering, dressing, shaving, doing hair and makeup.
What you will need:
- Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support (or similar) or equivalent experience
- Australian work rights
- NDIS Worker’s Screening Check
- Current national police check (not older than 6 months)
- Prior experience in a similar role in the community/home care (desirable) or Disability/Residential care
- First Aid Certificate
- Flu & COVID Vaccinations
- Willingness to commit to short client services that can be 1hr-3hrs long.

Pay: $32.00 – $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22 per week
