What You'll Do:
- Collaborate and Strategies: Work closely with Agribusiness Executives to understand client needs and formulate effective strategies
- Financial Analysis: Undertake financial modelling and analysis to support our growth strategy and ensure excellent outcomes are achieved for our customers
- Client Relationship Management: Develop the skills to proactively recommend ideas and solutions to assist in managing client relationships
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: A Background in commercial banking, advisory, accounting, or agribusiness would be beneficial, or alternately a demonstrated education in the fields of Finance and Agriculture that you want to expand on further in a role of this type.
- Analytical Skills: Interest in developing strong research and analytical skills, including financial modelling and credit analysis
- Customer Focus: Passion for customer service with a focus on innovation and solutions-focused thinking
- Education: A tertiary qualification in Business/Finance or a related discipline is highly regarded
