We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Airbnb Cleaner to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring our short-term rental properties are cleaned and prepared to the highest standard between guest stays. This role requires travel across various properties in the Lake Macquarie area, so having your own reliable car is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Change and make beds to hotel standards
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Dust and wipe down all surfaces
- Empty rubbish bins and replace liners
- Restock basic supplies (e.g. toilet paper, soap)
- Ensure each property is guest-ready before check-in
- Report any maintenance issues or damages
Requirements:
- Own car and valid driver’s license (essential)
- Ability to travel within the Lake Macquarie area
- Previous cleaning experience preferred, especially in Airbnb or holiday rentals
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and reliably
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays as needed
