We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Analyst Programmer to join our innovative team. In this critical role, you will play a key part in analysing, designing, developing, and maintaining business-critical systems and applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, consult, analyse, and evaluate system program needs to support ongoing business operations.
- Identify limitations and deficiencies in existing systems, processes, and methods, recommending improvements as required.
- Test, debug, diagnose, and correct errors and faults in applications within established testing protocols and quality standards.
- Write, update, and maintain program code to meet system requirements, technical specifications, and design documents, in accordance with accredited quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain technical program, end-user documentation, and operational procedures for new and existing systems.
- Provide expert advice and guidance in developing proposals and strategies for software design activities, including financial evaluation and cost recommendations for software purchases and upgrades.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- In lieu of formal qualification, at least five years of relevant work experience and/or a Google Workspace Associate Deployment Technical credential will be considered.
- Strong experience in systems analysis and software development.
- Solid knowledge of debugging, testing, and troubleshooting applications within established protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Pay: $66,907.79 – $90,000.00 per year
