What’s the role?
We’re looking for a motivated Analyst to join our Consumer Technology team in Sydney (Gadigal Land) or the Gold Coast (Kombumerri Country). This is a permanent role with a hybrid work model (2 days per week in the office, the rest from home).
You’ll play a key role in designing, building and maintaining reports and dashboards that drive better decision-making across the business. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll analyse financial and operational data, translate insights into clear reporting, and contribute to ongoing improvements in how we measure success.
What will I do?
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI or similar tools
- Analyse financial and operational data to deliver actionable insights
- Provide accurate, timely reporting to support senior leaders
- Collaborate with technology and business teams to streamline processes
- Contribute to a culture of learning, innovation and continuous improvement
What do I need?
- Strong analytical skills with a background in finance, economics, technology or data
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau is highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
- A proactive, growth-oriented mindset and motivation to develop your career
