Welcome to Glencore’s McArthur River Mine (MRM) – a world-class zinc mine with a bright future. Nestled in the stunning Gulf of Carpentaria, 900 km southeast of Darwin and 64 km from Borroloola, MRM is a hub of innovation and excellence. We produce and process zinc, lead, and silver from our state-of-the-art open-cut mine, transporting these essential commodities to our Bing Bong loading facility for shipment to customers worldwide. What we’re Looking For:
Minimum 12 months experience in open-cut mining preferably in a remote location as FIFO.
A strong focus on safety.
Experience with Loader models 980, 992,
Experience with Dozer models D10, D11.
Experience with Grader model 18M Cat.
Experience with Excavator models CAT 336, 349, Hitachi EX1200-6
Experience with Haul Truck models 789D/C, 793D.
RII tickets or VOC for the above machinery.
A current driver’s license.
