Duration of the training program: 12 months from up to 2/2/26 up to 31/1/27

Term of the Contract: 3 Years in line with clause 52 of the Salaried Medical Officers Enterprise Agreement

At the end of the training program, CALHN will work with the employee to find a suitable placement within SA Health for the remainder of the 3 year contract.

About the role

Undertaking a 12-month training Fellowship in Andrology and Men’s Health across CALHN sites, whilst meeting the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) minimum requirements for a “non-core year” of Advanced training in Endocrinology, and the defined objectives for training in Andrology and Male Health. The role requires participation in ambulatory care, education, teaching and research in accordance with the objectives and philosophies of the Central Adelaide Local Health Network. Enrolment and progress towards a PhD is encouraged.

You are a dedicated and adaptable Medical Practitioner committed to delivering safe, high-quality care. You bring strong clinical skills, professional integrity, and a collaborative approach to working within a multidisciplinary team.

  • MBBS or equivalent, General Registration, and FRACP Part I examination passed

  • Demonstrated clinical competence with sound communication and teamwork skills

  • Organised, adaptable, and committed to quality improvement and safe practice

  • Knowledgeable in patient rights, clinical standards, and medico-legal responsibilities
