customers nationwide. As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a passionate and
performance-driven Area Coach (Corporate) to oversee a portfolio of our company-
owned stores across Victoria.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Senior Area Coach/ General manager- Operations, the Area
Coach (Corporate) is responsible for leading and coaching multiple store teams to
success. You’ll take full accountability for the performance, standards, and team
development across your cluster. This role is suited to a dynamic leader with running
successful corporate stores, looking to step up into their next challenge in multi-site
management in the QSR, retail, or hospitality industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across 5 company stores
- Lead, mentor and coach Store Supervisors to achieve KPIs ( Budget sales,labour, COGS)
- Analyse store performance data and implement strategies to drive results
- Support in recruitment, training and development of frontline and leadership
teams
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with company procedures and
policies
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer experience, and team
performance
- Actively support new store openings and projects as required
About You
- Minimum 1 years in a multi-site management role (retail, QSR or hospitality
preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Results-oriented with proven experience hitting targets and improving
performance
- High attention to detail and operational discipline
- Hands-on, solutions-focused mindset – you lead from the front
- Full driver’s licence and flexibility to travel between store locations
