- Lead and develop a team of Account Managers to exceed sales and margin targets

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed territory and product targets
- Coach and mentor sales team members to enhance performance and customer relationships
- Conduct regular fieldwork and performance reviews to ensure team success
- Manage customer pricing, tenders, and complaints with a solutions-focused approach
- Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in Account Management and leading successful sales teams
- Demonstrated success in New Business Development, Major Projects, or Construction sectors is highly advantageous
- Strong commercial acumen and customer-centric mindset
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage complexity and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Management (preferred but not essential)
