The Role
We’re looking for an Assistant Manager who thrives on supporting daily operations while also building a positive, motivated team culture. This role is all about ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, while supporting the General Manager in constantly delivering exceptional guest experiences.
From mentoring staff and assisting with reporting, you’ll play a key role in the smooth running of the food and beverage operations. You’ll be one of the main links between the Front-of-House team, the Kitchen and the General Manager.
We’re looking for someone who is calm under pressure, loves the fast pace of hospitality, and can lead a team to deliver top-notch service every time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running daily FOH operations and ensuring smooth service
- Leading the team through pre-shift briefings, training, and consistent feedback
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and team development
- Overseeing service quality, guest experience, and POS accuracy
- Working with the kitchen and leadership team to roll out specials and updates
- Driving standards and fostering a professional yet fun team culture
- Assist the General Manager with daily operations

What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years in a similar hospitality leadership role
- Candidates who have experience in a club setting will be highly advantageous
- Strong food and beverage knowledge (wine knowledge is desirable)
- Excellence in adapting to continuously changing situations
- Excellent communication, delegation, and time management skills
- A calm, collaborative leadership style with a focus on team growth
- A genuine love for hospitality and great guest experiences
- Ability to lead, mentor, train and motivate a team

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
