ZSG Assistant Manager's Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of store
- Managing all expected key performance indicators of exceptional Customer Service
- Supervising & coaching team members to deliver an exceptional ZSG experience
- Deliver ZSG food quality & safety standards
ZSG Assistant Manager's Skills & Experience
- Highly motivated natural leader who doesn't hesitate to be hand on
- A passion for food and executing restaurant operations
- A positive 'can-do' attitude
- Ability to build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced Assistant Restaurant Management: 2 years minimum (prefered)
