Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Lead Solutions Architect!
In this role you will be leading RFP/RFI responses, orals presentation preparations and proactive bids as the Lead Solutions Architect (LSA) for Banking, Capital Markets opportunities. This involves defining the win themes, operational, transformation and commercial parts of the solution, combining contributions from service lines, partner solutions, AI value studio and the operations team to design the operating model, transformation and develop the commercials. You will be required to develop the RFP / RFI / proactive proposal response by partnering across all support functions. Following submission you will be required to design and prepare for the Orals presentation including arranging, demo’s, arranging dry runs with the team and presenting components of the solution.

The mandate for this role will be to predominately cover APAC based client opportunities and support global client opportunities where required. The role requires strong organisational, technical and communication skills. Requires strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across multiple levels of leadership, while leveraging the different capabilities at Genpact to deliver maximum value for Clients. Must work well in a dynamic, complex environment and under deadline pressures.

Responsibilities
    Own the solution development for Banking Capital Markets deals (RFP, RFI, proactive and Contract renewals) throughout the deal cycle
    Combine technology, partner solutions, digital and analytics to provide a best in class solutions
    Work with internal teams to build the client facing proposal
    Front end along with BD/Sales and contribute to deal conversion
    Have a sharp point of view on market trends/changes/competitive landscape based on experience and industry knowledge
    Able to work independently in a cross-cultural environment, panning different time zones (ability to work late nights and weekend for RFP submissions)
    Thought leadership through whitepapers, content creation in narrative Word doc and PowerPoint deck, etc.
    Excel and partner internally in a highly matrixed structure including collaborating with adjacent service lines, digital, data, technology, partner alliances, transformation team and practice, analytics sales and practice.
    Drive innovation through deep customer involvement
    Keep abreast of regulatory changes impacting client businesses
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
    MBA or equivalent desired
    Relevant years of experience in the banking industry as an operations manager, solution architect, or transformation lead
    Experience in working in a fast paced & tight timeline type of environment
    Deep domain expertise in consumer/commercial Australian banking operations including Consumer and Business Banking, Fraud and Financial Crime and technologies
    Deep understanding of Australian Regulatory Environment
    Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
    Excellent project & time management skills
    Excellent analytical and execution skills
    Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
    Very good command on MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
    Collaborative management and working style
    Should possess high degree of versatility, good interpersonal skills, and excellent time management skills
    Should be able to handle pressure and long work hours, if necessary
    Proven ability to work effectively from home, being able to network effectively in a remote environment, and ability to travel when required for client meeting and workshops
    Very ‘hands-on’ person that is a highly productive individual contributor

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
    Consulting experience - demonstrated ability to convey value proposition, differentiators in a compelling manner to win new relationships/opportunities
    Transformation experience – demonstrated ability to design and execute operational transformation. Experience of running day to day operations would be an added advantage
