Job Description
- Client Representation: Act as a senior representative of Turner & Townsend across key clients within the Commercial Management space, particularly in infrastructure.
- Sector Leadership: Lead and grow the Commercial Management service stream, with a focus on major infrastructure projects in mobility and power & utilities.
- Strategic Growth: Develop and implement strategies to expand client awareness and market share in the Infrastructure Commercial Services sector.
- Team Development: Increase team capability and capacity through mentoring, recruitment, and leadership to support business growth.
- Business Development: Drive engagement through relationship-building, marketing, and tendering activities to support pipeline development.
- Innovation & Excellence: Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and client excellence across all commissions.
Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Minimum 10 years’ experience in commercial management, with strong exposure to infrastructure projects.
- Educational Background: Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field.
- Professional Accreditation: Membership or accreditation with relevant bodies such as RICS, AIQS, CIOB, or APM is highly desirable.
- Leadership & Communication: Proven leadership skills with high emotional intelligence and the ability to produce professional reports and business materials.
- Personality & Approach: Proactive, innovative, and adaptable with a strong team-oriented mindset and a drive for commercial efficiency.
