About the Role:

Drive Safety, Quality and Operational Excellence

Are you a proactive leader with a passion for workplace safety and continuous improvement? We’re looking for an experienced and motivated professional to take on a key role in our Supply Operations team, where your expertise will shape safer, smarter and more efficient supply operations.

The role includes conducting regular audits, coordinating staff and subcontractor inductions and managing training programs across key operational areas such as forklift use, manual handling and emergency procedures. This role plays a key part in maintaining high safety standards and ensuring operational practices comply with both legislative and organisational requirements.

Supply Operations is a vital team that ensures the seamless supply and distribution of medical supplies to government hospitals and healthcare facilities across the Territory. Our efforts enable frontline teams to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to a positive patient experience. This position is primarily located at the CHS Distribution Centre and may be required to work periodically at other CHS sites.

Who We’re Looking For?

We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or a background in construction or workplace safety, along with a strong understanding of WHS compliance.

You will need to be confident in developing and delivering safety procedures and training programs, so strong administrative skills and professional communication are essential.

To support the training and assessment aspects of the role, the successful candidate will need to have completed, or be willing to complete, a Certificate IV or Diploma in Training and Assessment within 18 months of starting. Our management team is committed to supporting your development and will assist you in obtaining this qualification.

Current Forklift licence.


Unrestricted rigid trick licence (minimum MR)

Prior to commencement successful candidates will be required to:

Undergo a pre-employment National Police Check.
