Skilled Baker – Night & Early Morning Shifts
Location: Miettes, Corinda QLD
Miettes Corinda is looking for an experienced and reliable baker to join our passionate team. We’re a boutique artisan bakery known for producing high-quality breads, pastries, and baked goods with care and consistency.
About the Role
This role involves working night and early morning shifts across several days of the week. You'll be part of a small, dedicated team focused on delivering fresh products daily. The position requires someone with a positive attitude, good attention to detail, and a willingness to learn—training will be provided to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a range of artisan breads and pastries
- Follow production schedules and maintain quality standards
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the baking area
- Support prep and packing for wholesale and retail orders
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous baking experience is ideal, but not essential
- Willingness to learn and a genuine interest in artisan baking
- Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable with night/early morning shifts
- A team player with a strong work ethic
