Do you love cooking and being in the kitchen? We are looking for a new team member in our large-scale commercial bakery in Greenfields, Mandurah. This role will see you work alongside a team of Pastrycooks to create our award-winning range of delicious products.
Make no mistake, this role is not for the faint hearted. The role requires energy and strength as it is very hands-on and you will be on your feet for the whole shift, making it an excellent fit for individuals seeking an active and engaging work atmosphere.
Previous bakery experience is preferred, but not essential as full training is provided.
The Role:
Shifts are approx. 8am – 4pm and will include some weekend work. There will also be an earlier start required at 6am once or twice per week.
This role will see you working with our small team within the Prep Department. You will be responsible for food preparation for our baked and fresh cafe products. The role supports our baking team with the efficient preparation of ingredients and a large range of fresh cafe food such as gourmet rolls, sandwiches and salads.
The role offers between 15-25 hours per week. Additional hours may be required during peak periods (i.e. school holidays, Christmas, Easter).
