About the Role

Are you ready to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact in the world of Banking Operations, we’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-loving Officer to join our team.

This role is all about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes—supporting our branches and digital banking brands like myBOQ, ME Go, and Virgin Money Australia—by ensuring customer and operational requests are handled with accuracy and care. You’ll be working closely with internal and external stakeholders, customers, and industry partners to make sure everything we do is in line with the right regulations, policies, and procedures.

A big part of your day will involve handling correspondence and mail, responding to both internal and external inquiries, assisting with government information requests, and providing support across the team wherever needed. There’s also plenty of opportunity to build your knowledge across a wide range of banking operations through cross-training and shared responsibilities. If you’re someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment, and loves a good process, this could be a great fit.

About you

You – the successful candidate is someone who has varied experience. You’re someone who thrives on structure and loves ticking things off a list—but you’re also flexible enough to pivot when priorities shift. You’re comfortable working independently, but you’re always ready to lend a hand to your teammates. You’ve got a sharp eye for detail, a knack for spotting ways to improve how things are done, and you genuinely care about delivering great outcomes for customers and colleagues alike.

If you have experience in banking operations or admin-based roles, but more importantly, you bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a team-first mindset. If you’re looking for a role where you can grow, contribute, and be part of something bigger, we’d love to hear from you.
