About the role
- Provide exceptional guest service; menu recommendations, processing orders and payments accurately and delivering food & drinks promptly
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth service including addressing guest needs & concerns

About you
- Passion for People: customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service
- Communication Skills: outgoing, bubbly & enthusiastic personality with great customer service and communication skills
- Adaptability: ability to work in a face-paced and high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience: at least 1 year previous hands-on experience in a similar role with a basic understanding of POS ordering systems and a valid RSA
- Positivity: a team player with a willingness to learn and strong work ethic
- Flexibility: availability over a 7-day rotating roster; including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
