Are you passionate about coffee and creating exceptional café experiences? TwoFives Café is on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic barista to join our team on a casual or part-time basis.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare consistently high-quality coffee and espresso beverages with efficiency and care
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-functioning coffee station
- Deliver warm, friendly customer service and help create a welcoming atmosphere
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support both front-of-house and back-of-house during peak hours
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of barista experience in a fast-paced café or similar environment
- Confident using commercial espresso machines with a solid grasp of coffee-making techniques
- Latte art skills are a bonus – or a willingness to learn
- Friendly, can-do attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a rotating roster
- Availability on weekdays and at least one Saturday per week
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: $24.95 – $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift
