Job Description
We’re on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our vibrant team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso and specialty coffee beverages to consistently high standards
- Provide professional and attentive service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the café/bar area at all times
- Monitor and manage stock levels, including ordering and rotation, in line with operational requirements
- Adhere to all workplace health, safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate effectively with the broader Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- Demonstrated barista experience within a premium café, restaurant, or hotel environment
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, equipment operation, and beverage presentation standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to guest satisfaction
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- A professional, team-oriented approach with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
