JOB DESCRIPTION
Darling Group is the creative force behind some of Melbourne’s most-loved venues, including Top Paddock, Higher Ground, Cheri, and the newly launched Observatory Cafe in the Royal Botanic Gardens. We’re known for our obsession with exceptional coffee, considered service, iconic venues and delivering unforgettable experiences from morning brunch to golden hour drinks.
We’re on the lookout for passionate Baristas to join our all-star teams across our incredible venues. You know your way around an espresso machine, live for that silky milk texture, and know the difference between a good coffee and a great one. You're consistent, calm under pressure and care about every cup that hits the pass.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Minimum 1 year barista experience in a fast-paced café
- Confident in dialling in and adjusting grind
- A love for specialty coffee and an eye for detail
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Excellent communication and outgoing personality
- Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts
