Job Description
As the Beverage Operations Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our beverage vision. From curating exceptional wine, spirits, and cocktail offerings to leading a passionate team, you will oversee the entire beverage operation to ensure world-class standards of service, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
You’ll work closely with the Food & Beverage leadership team to create innovative concepts, manage supplier relationships, and deliver a beverage culture that is as dynamic as our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing beverage team.
- Oversee all beverage operations across venues and events within the hotel.
- Curate innovative beverage menus, from signature cocktails to premium wine lists.
- Manage supplier partnerships, stock control, and cost of goods.
- Drive profitability through effective pricing, forecasting, and cost management.
- Deliver training programs to ensure excellence in product knowledge and service.
- Maintain compliance with licensing, health, and safety standards.
- Elevate the guest experience with creative, memorable, and engaging beverage offerings.
- Maintaining compliance with RSA and licensing requirements
- Hands on support by jumping in behind the bar to mix, shake and serve when the rush hits
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in a senior beverage management role within luxury hotels, lifestyle venues, or high-end hospitality.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people.
- Exceptional knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and emerging trends. WSET III or equivalent highly regarded
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets and supplier negotiations.
- Creative flair, with the ability to design and execute innovative beverage concepts.
- A guest-first mindset with a commitment to creating extraordinary experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and event nights
- Current RSA certification
