We’re a Victorian-based NDIS compliance specialist helping providers build successful and compliant businesses. With a strong focus on support, strategy, and sector impact, we offer end-to-end NDIS registration services and ongoing mentorship.
As the first point of contact, you’ll manage calls, bookings, and front-desk tasks while supporting our consultants and ensuring a welcoming client experience.
You’ll Need:
- Prior experience in reception, administration, or customer service
- A confident, friendly, and professional phone manner
- Clear written communication skills and the ability to handle client enquiries efficiently
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with email, calendars, and basic office software (training provided)
- An interest or background in healthcare, NDIS, or aged care is a plus
