About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a Branch Administrator to work with our fast-paced Moranbah Branch and help drive admin efficiency, the duties will include:
- Organising site induction and onboarding
- Administration of our accommodation properties
- General accounting for the local team
- Assisting with OH&S compliance and reporting
- Local Fleet administration
- General Office Management
About You:
- Be committed to safety
- High attention to detail and strong organisation skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in a similar role
- Familiarity / experience in Mine Site Inductions
- Current Driver's License
