About the role

Reporting to the General Manager of Major Domestic Appliances and based onsite at the corporate office in Homebush West, you will support the Electrical Brand Advertising team with all administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include;

• Assist in advertising campaigns across traditional and digital media channels.
• Manage documentation and reports effectively, ensuring timeliness and precision.
• Create and maintain templates and forms.
• Liaise with multiple departments to complete various tasks.
• Draft correspondence
• Answer phones calls, responding to queries and take messages.

About you

You will have previous experience in an administrative role, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise your workload effectively. You will also be friendly, energetic, and genuinely enjoy interacting with people.

You will also have:

• Excellent verbal & written communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient is using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• High attention to detail with a proactive approach to verifying completed tasks.
• Ability to prioritise tasks while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
