We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Brand Manager to join our dynamic team. Based in our Fremantle office, this role will play a key part in driving the development and execution of marketing strategies for our pork portfolio, working closely with the General Manager – Linley Valley Pork, and the broader Marketing team.

Key responsibilities
- Assess opportunities and future trends by leveraging consumer research, collaborating with functional experts and strong analytics in order to identify new volume and profit growth areas (e.g. new segments/sub-categories, new packaging opportunities, new channels of distribution such as e-commerce).
- Manage alignment with domestic and export markets on the brand growth plans on an annual basis.
- Partner with internal (e.g. NPD, Supply Chain, Commercial) and external (e.g. customers, suppliers) stakeholders to develop new initiatives and programs to meet consumer needs, deliver against brand strategies and drive business objectives.
- Drive commercialisation of brand positioning, innovation, consumer communications/messaging to deliver brand objectives via clear direction/guidance and effective resource allocation decisions.
- Provide leadership, clear direction to direct report, local marketing support and external agencies to achieve the business goals.
- Influence and collaborate with key business partners to ensure plans are aligned and executed to best in class levels.
About you
- Relevant degree qualification, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years sales and/ or marketing experience in FMCG environment
- Consumer Brand management experience with a focus on consumer insights
- Superior relationship building skills and senior stakeholder management are essential
