Play a key role in supporting teams and senior administrators through a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. This self-managed role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute to business initiatives with guidance. The Opportunity

  • Coordinating travel, meetings, events, and logistics for teams and projects.
  • Managing systems and processes including CRM entries, job applications, and document formatting.
  • Supporting commercial activities such as invoicing, expense transfers, and supplier payments.
  • Assisting with staff onboarding/offboarding, training approvals, and appraisal setup.
  • Acting as a point of contact for internal queries and contributing to team knowledge sharing.


Is this role right for you?

  • Strong experience in administration within a consulting or engineering environment.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and document formatting using Arup templates.
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities, with high attention to detail.
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Arup systems and a willingness to learn and share best practices.
