Business Development & Lead Generation Specialist
Lead-gen gun wanted – master LinkedIn, travel to the US, and almost double your base with bonuses.
- Package: Base $60 – 70 k (excl. super) + up to the same again in bonuses – OTE $120 – 140 k
- Where: Hybrid Setup – early starts to accomodate US timezones, early knock-offs, up to three days in our Richmond HQ

What you will do
- Identify and map contact-centre decision makers, then spark genuine conversations on LinkedIn, email and phone
Warm target accounts before US events, secure one on one sessions and keep them engaged afterwards
Distribute thought leadership with guidance from our PR partners and iterate messaging fast
Track activity and intent in Apollo, sharing clear pipeline updates with the team
Swap learnings daily with your US BD counterpart and our data driven Customer Success Analyst
What you will bring
1-2 years in inside sales, SDR, BDR or junior BDM work – ideally booking meetings for a SaaS or tech product via LinkedIn.
Strong writing skills and the confidence to pick up the phone, especially during early-morning call blocks.
Curiosity about AI, CX and process mining – you do not need to be a domain expert, just eager to learn.
Passport ready – comfortable with 10-20 percent travel to the United States.
Salary and benefits
Base: AUD $70-80 k total package (includes super).
Bonus: Up to the same amount again when you hit target – realistic OTE AUD $140-160 k.
Hybrid working: typically three days a week in our Richmond HQ – we will find a rhythm that suits your hours
