About the role
The Enterprise Planning and Performance plays a vital role in ensuring alignment between strategic objectives, business plans, and performance outcomes. This alignment supports evidence-based decision-making and
transparent reporting across the organisation. The team comprises several core business functions including project management, risk management, data-driven insights, continuous improvement and assurance.
About you
To excel in the role, it is essential that the Business Planning Lead cultivates strong trusting relationships with teams across the organisation. This is important in fostering effective collaboration, driving continuous improvement and demonstrate the team's commitment to service excellence. In addition, this position will also be responsible for undertaking other planning and assurance related duties as deemed appropriate for the role.
