Join our busy Brisbane business support team

We’re on the hunt for an organised, proactive, and personable Business Support Administration Assistant to join our busy Brisbane office. This is a full-time, office based role supporting our growing team both in Brisbane and the broader business. You’ll be the heartbeat of the office, keeping things running smoothly while juggling a wide mix of administration, coordination, and people-facing tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a tidy, functional office space, including communal areas
  • Manage supplies, from coffee and stationery to meeting catering
  • Provide support with general admin, travel bookings, and couriering equipment
  • Assist in managinginvoices and expense claims
  • Monitor shared mailboxes and respond to internal and external queries
  • Assist with onboarding new team members
  • Liaise with building management and contractors
  • Help coordinate staff events and client functions
  • Support with reports, proposals, and tender responses
  • Schedule meetings and take minutes as required
You’ll need to bring
  • A Cert III or IV in Business Admin (advantageous)
  • At least 2 years' experience in a corporate administration or office coordination role
  • Solid skills in Microsoft 365
  • Familiarity with platforms like Workday and Salesforce (bonus points!)
  • Basic IT hardware troubleshooting know-how
  • A cool head when priorities shift – you can multitask like a pro
  • A helpful, approachable nature – people like coming to you
  • Clear, professional communication – both written and verbal
  • Exceptional attention to detail
