The Waverley Council Development Assessment team is currently seeking a Business Support Officer to provide high quality administrative and operational support to our business unit.

The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Deliver a broad range of administrative and operational support tasks to ensure smooth business unit operations.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to assist with planning and process improvement
- Contribute to the delivery of high-quality services and efficient business outcomes
- Assist with the review and development of business procedures and practices
- Liase with internal stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and support
About You
- Certificate III or IV in business administration or similar.
- Proven experience and demonstrated abilities in high level operational and administrative support.
- Demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft Office and maintaining databases, including relevant Finance and PC applications.
- Effective written and oral communication skills and sound attention to detail.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and cooperative approach to working with others.
- Proven organisational skills and ability to prioritise and complete workloads to timeframes.
