Miss Cocoa’s Coffee Roastery Drive Thru, Hervey Bay, is looking for a switched-on, energetic Cafe All-Rounder to join our fast-paced team. We’re all about great coffee, quality food, and warm service—all on the go.
About the Role
You’ll work across all areas of the cafe—food prep, barista coffee, service, and keeping things running smoothly. Whether you’re already experienced or eager to start your career in hospitality, we’ll train the right person.
Rates shown in the ad are based on Hospitality award rates for adults.
What We’re Looking For
- Weekday + weekend availability
- Experience in food prep, hospitality, or customer service
- Great communication and teamwork
- Able to keep cool in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for good food, great coffee, and happy customers
- Commitment to contribute to a great team.
What You’ll Do
- Make and serve food and drinks
- Barista coffee prep
- Food preparation
- Operate POS and manage transactions
- Keep the cafe clean, tidy, and humming
- Follow health and safety standards
- Contribute to a supportive team environment
