About the Role

  • Permanent, Full Time

At Acknowledge Education, the Campus Administrator is the frontline link to our multicultural, fast-paced community. You are the face of our institution, responsible for maintaining a professional and student-centric presence in person, online and over the phone. In this dynamic role, you'll provide essential administrative support to our team, contributing to the efficient daily functioning of the campus. You'll greet visitors and provide appropriate directions and assistance; you'll also answer phone queries and promptly relay messages.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Administrative Support: Accurately complete meeting minutes, correspondence, and respond to requests for information within specified timeframes.
  • Event Organisation: Assist in the organisation of campus events and provide catering support when required.
  • Student Induction: Assist with student induction at the beginning of each academic block.
  • Student Data Updates: Accurately update student contact details in the Student Management System and CRM when necessary.
  • Classroom Setup and IT Support: Assist the Campus Manager in setting up classrooms and provide general IT support to teaching staff.
  • Documentation Generation: Prepare required documentation for international students.
  • Health and Safety Compliance and Audits: Conduct regular health and safety audits and ensure all staff members are well-informed about campus emergency and accident procedures.

About You

You'll have strong attention to detail, exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, as clear and concise communication is vital in a fast paced and multicultural setting.

In addition, you'll have:

  • Cultural Awareness and Sensitivity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Ability to be proactive, anticipate administrative needs, and take initiative in supporting the campus and leadership team.
  • Proven ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively and efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain smooth operations.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused attitude when addressing challenges and obstacles.
  • Knowledge of Tertiary Education (Preferred).
