About the role:
In this role, you will:
- Partner with HR, leaders and stakeholders to develop and embed learning and development strategies that build capability and drive cultural change.
- Lead the design, delivery and evaluation of learning and development strategies, and programs.
- Facilitate learning programs and workshops to build engagement, performance and capability across the workforce.
- Provide subject matter expertise and collaborate with colleagues to embed and evaluate learning and development programs and leadership development initiatives.
- Research emerging trends and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Analyse the impact and effectiveness of development programs and provide recommendations.
- Source, manage and coordinate external service providers, including procurement and contract management.
- Apply project and change management approaches to deliver workforce and organisational initiatives.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in learning and development and leadership development, including instructional design and facilitation
- Experience delivering strategic HR projects
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong planning, delivery and evaluation capability.
- A collaborative and outcomes-focused approach to building capability and supporting cultural change.
Essential requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in organisational development, learning and development, adult education or equivalent, or extensive demonstrated experience in a learning and development role.

About the Agency
The NSW Reconstruction Authority (RA) is a statutory corporation within the NSW Premier’s Department. The RA will improve how NSW plans for disasters and help communities to recover from them faster.
To reduce the severity and impacts of disasters, the RA will complete critical planning and preparation with communities, NGOs, businesses, and government. When disaster does strike, we will get recovery started swiftly and coordinate reconstruction efforts across agencies, communities, and other stakeholders.
