About the role
The Caretaker at Carisbrook House Museum is responsible for general duties and maintenance of the property, keeping the house and public facilities clean and suitably presented for inspection as required. The position comes with accommodation in the caretaker’s flat (rent applies).
About you
The successful candidate will have:
- A current Police Check clearance
- A current ‘Paid Worker’ – Working with Children clearance (NSW)
- Able to work independently, including weekends, with minimal supervision
- Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members, volunteers, and stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of general maintenance tasks such as cleaning, general maintenance and repairs
- Must be willing to take up residence in the Caretaker's flat (rent applies)

Salary range:
Up to 76K per annum (paid on a pro rata basis), (including 12% super) dependent on the skills, qualifications and relevant experience of the suitable candidate.
