ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently searching for a motivated Cash Control Officer to join our close-knit team on a part-time basis at our venue Halekulani Bowling Club located in Budgewoi, NSW!


As a Cash Control Officer, you will be responsible for servicing the needs of internal and external customers whilst maintaining the clubs cash holdings in a confidential and accountable manner.


More specifically, your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Balancing of all club monies and recording all transactions
  • Preparation of all club floats, including mini cash, CRT, Keno, Tab, Cash recycler, Bingo and Trivia
  • Checking and receipting of clearance on a daily basis
  • Balance all tills and floats when returned from Cash Recycler
  • Preparation of ATM and ATM filling
  • Minimise the clubs cash exposure during all operational hours
  • Maintaining maximum security and accountability of any other valuables stored within the CCO
  • Ensure all equipment are functioning
  • Completing all worksheet listed on the CCO Check list
  • Have sound knowledge of all compliance and work safety related to this role
  • Training others where required


ABOUT YOU

To be successful for this role, you should have the following:

  • Hold a current RSA and RCG, or be willing to obtain
  • Strong reconciliation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Ability to multi task and work under pressure
  • Strong computer literacy skills and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications and other PC platforms
  • High level of professionalism with sensitivity to confidential issues
  • Excellent organisational, time management skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Availability to work a flexible roster, including days, nights and weekends
