As a Client Host you consistently deliver high quality service to all our clients.
- Support the team in their daily work by offering drinks and refreshments to clients
- Accompany clients in their journeys in the store
- Help clients visit the store by guiding them through Hermès universes
- Provide bespoke and high touch hospitality service to clients in collaboration with the sales team
- Assist guests and clients with obtaining taxi or car service and support clients into cars assisting with their shopping bags or purchases as necessary
- Provide information about the neighborhood, store services and other customer inquiries
- Give information on current events in the city
What will you need to be successful?
- Relevant customer facing experience in luxury retail or another high-end service environment
- Capacity to work collaboratively and in fast-paced environment with continuously changing priorities
- Ability to provide information about the neighborhood, store services and other customer inquiries
- A natural passion for people and service
- Ability to adapt to different cultures and a real sense of empathy
- A team player attitude to reach a common goal and go the extra mile
- Strong communication skills, offering warmth and graciousness in all interactions
- Fluent English
- To be a quick learner with a strong sense of curiosity
